Start making plans for BioBlitz! Oklahoma 2017, October 6-8! We are bound for the tip of the panhandle – Black Mesa State Park and Nature Preserve! This will be an exceptional BioBlitz! Oklahoma – our westernmost event, including the state’s highest point (4,972.97 feet), and our first inventory in the shortgrass prairie!
We decided 24 hours will not be enough to capture the biodiversity of this distinctive region. So, we will be having an extended inventory time – Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. We want you to have time to travel to and enjoy this part of Oklahoma!
